About CREDAWARD
「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」由地建师 DJSER 发起于 2014 年，是业内富有盛名的国际设计大奖，共计 35个国家和地区的海内外设计机构与 9,147作品参赛。组委会秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”的 16 字评价标准，因其严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被业内誉为“最具公信力大奖之一”，并成为业主寻找优质设计公司的重要途径之一。
CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014, as an international award recognized by industry, CREDAWARD has attracted participants from 35 countries and regions with a total of 9,147 outstanding projects. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of “architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.” Over the past decade, CREDAWARD has maintained its rigorous selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and strict award mechanisms, CREDAWARD is widely regarded in the industry as one of “the most credible awards” and has become one of the most important ways for project owners to find a quality design firm.
作为综合性设计大奖——「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」参与机构来自：国央企/品质民营传统地产开发业主、政府机构、品牌业主、各类平台业主及全球顶尖设计机构等各方设计力量，共同促进行业生态链发展，推动行业设计提升。
As a comprehensive design award, CREDAWARD has invited various design forces including state-owned enterprises/quality private traditional real estate developers, government agencies, brand owners, various platform owners and the world’s top design agencies, jointly promoting the development of the industry’s ecological chain and the improvement of industry design ability.

·The project should be more positively innovative, original and cultural;
·项目雅俗共赏、对行业审美趋势具有引领作用
·The project plays a leading role in the aesthetic trend of the industry；
·项目功能合理，具有时代性及独特性特征
·The project should be of a certain era and has prominent landmark features;
·项目水准对城市及周边环境提升产生积极作用
·The project should be important positive impact of the project on the surrounding/local society;
·项目对行业可持续发展起到引领作用
·The project has a profound effect on the sustainable development of society;
·项目在当下甚至将来都具有一定的学习典范作用
·The project has a certain role model for learning now and even in the future;
