这场以“在路上，再出发”为主题的盛典，不仅表彰年度行业标杆项目、个人卓越成就；同时，还呈现了一系列令人回味的精彩花絮，让我们一同回顾那些令人难忘的瞬间。
The highly anticipated “10th CREDAWARD Ceremony” was grandly held at the Bank of Communications Qiantan 31 Performing Arts Center, marking the largest event in its ten-year history. Over 1100 urban developers, architects, and design executives from around the world gathered to celebrate this decade-long commitment.
This event, themed “Here Now, and Again,” not only recognized the industry’s benchmark projects and outstanding individual achievements but also featured a series of memorable highlights. Let’s take a look back at those unforgettable moments.

携手SMT倾力联合打造颁奖盛典，引入高端明星红毯秀仪式，让行业嘉宾感受到高光时刻。星光熠熠的走红毯环节将被永久记录；同时，剧场内嘉宾和公众号关注嘉宾，实时感受到每一位嘉宾自信入场风采。
全新的红毯直播现场超级吸引大家的眼球，因为它不仅是业界精英展现个人魅力的时刻，也是品牌和活动本身形象塑造的关键环节，让每一位步入红毯的嘉宾都成为了聚光灯下的焦点。
In partnership with SMT, we created a high-end red carpet show for the awards, giving industry guests their moment in the spotlight. These star-studded moments are permanently recorded, and guests in the theater and followers on our WeChat account can watch the confident arrivals live.
The live red carpet event was a major attraction, offering industry elites a chance to showcase their charm and playing a key role in shaping the brand and event image. Every guest on the red carpet became the center of attention.

The 10th CREDAWARD committee extended invitations to the family members of each award winner. Behind every honor lies the unwavering support and understanding of family over the years. The award not only recognizes the achievement of the winners but also celebrates the contributions of their families.
This thoughtful gesture moved many guests, who were delighted to attend the event in formal attire, accompanied by their spouses and children.

The old saying “Giving roses, fragrance remains” means that in giving, we also receive joy and satisfaction.

地建师特邀沪上知名民族室内乐团友情出演，并精心挑选盛典曲目，为在场的每一位来宾带来了一场视听盛宴，将情感推向高潮。
What is national is global.
CREDAWARD invited a renowned ethnic chamber orchestra from Shanghai to perform, carefully selecting pieces for the ceremony to provide every guest with a visual and auditory feast, elevating emotions to their peak.
曲目《权御天下》
以雄壮的旋律拉开了盛典的序幕，雄浑的旋律、激昂的节奏不仅预示着今晚的荣耀与辉煌，也映射出建筑设计界前行的力量与决心。
Piece: “The Power Leans The World”
With its majestic melody and powerful rhythm, this piece opens the ceremony, symbolizing the evening’s glory and brilliance, as well as the strength and determination within the architectural design industry.
曲目《青雨》
扬琴与笛子以二重奏形式演绎的《青雨》，在中文里它寓意春天的到来与新生，也寄托了地建师对设计师们经历磨砺后迎来更美好未来的真挚祝愿。
Piece: “Spring Rain”
Performed as a duet with a dulcimer and flute, “Spring Rain” symbolizes the arrival of spring and new beginnings. It conveys CREDAWARD’s sincere wishes for designers to experience a brighter future after enduring hardships.

《赛马》生动展现了企业领军人，这一路走来，几十年的风雨兼程，带领着企业勇往直前。他们即使承担着责任和压力，依然坚守设计初心，积极应对行业变化与挑战，扛起企业家社会责任，仁者爱人。

“An Unstoppable Force” vividly depicts the journey of industry leaders who have led their enterprises through decades of challenges, moving forward with determination. CREDAWARD empowers innovative design in the pursuit of excellence.
To mark its 10th anniversary, CREDAWARD has completely revamped and upgraded its trophies and medals. Reflecting architectural aesthetics, the new medals incorporate images of the winning projects, turning them into permanent commemorations of their remarkable achievements. The trophy and medal set is designed to be a collectible keepsake. This upgrade is a direct tribute to the hard work and dedication of the award winners.

为传承十年的文化和情感，地建师定制了专属明信片。不仅记录「CREDAWARD」的十年成长历程，更是记录下行业嘉宾们十年来的精彩画面融入在个人专属明信片中。让彼此再重温曾经那一刻的美好回忆。
每一张明信片都是一个回忆，记录着行业的发展变迁；它们不仅是对过去的回望，也是对未来寄予的厚望，让这份记忆成为可触摸、可传递的情感载体。
To celebrate a decade of culture and emotion, CREDAWARD has created custom postcards. These postcards not only chronicle the ten-year journey of CREDAWARD but also capture the memorable moments of industry guests over the years, blending them into personal keepsakes. They allow us to relive those beautiful memories.
Each postcard is a piece of history, documenting the evolution of the industry. They serve as a reflection on the past and a hopeful look toward the future, making these memories tangible and shareable.

第十届「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」获得国内外顶级学术支持力量：曼彻斯特建筑学院（英国）、加泰罗尼亚理工大学（西班牙）。
The 10TH CREDAWARD has received top academic support from both domestic and international institutions: Manchester School of Architecture (UK), and Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain).
第十届「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」收到312家机构申报的746份作品，参赛公司及作品分别来自：澳大利亚，奥地利，阿塞拜疆，比利时，加拿大，中国，法国，德国，意大利，日本，挪威，菲律宾，卡塔尔，沙特阿拉伯，新加坡，韩国，西班牙，瑞士，泰国，阿拉伯联合酋长国，英国，美国，越南（顺序按照国别英文首字母排序）。
The 10TH CREDAWARD received 746 entries from 312 organizations. 关于「十年一刻」解读
Interpreting “A Decade’s Moment
时年，代表过去；
十年，代表当下；
拾年，代表拾级而上的未来。
“刻”，本义指刻度，引申指时间的刻度，
人生的刻度，行业的刻度。
“十年一刻”，取自当时苏打绿在城市采风时接触到的京剧、二人转等传统艺术形式中“台上一分钟，台下十年功”的说法，以此致敬坚守在这个行业的城市开发者、建筑师/设计师。
CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖
「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」由地建师DJSER主办的国际性设计大奖，创立于2014年。因其权威性、综合性、国际性在业内富有盛名，每年吸引近30+国家和地区的海内外业主、开发企业、品牌业主、国际设计机构/国有院/民营设计机构参赛。
大奖邀请海内外顶尖学术专家和中国TOP级具有建筑学背景的城市开发者组成评委团，秉承“建筑审美、环境优先、用户体验、经济效益”16字评价标准。十年来，坚持严谨的评选流程、公开的评选模式、严苛的获奖机制，被业内誉为“最具公信力大奖之一”，并成为业主寻找优质设计公司的重要途径。
「CREDAWARD地建师设计大奖」作为综合性设计大奖，汇聚全球优秀设计、推动行业设计提升、促进行业生态链健康发展，引领未来城市发展之路，促进社会可持续发展。
CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014 and has been renowned as its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from nearly 30+ countries and regions, including domestic and international property owners, development companies, international design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies.
The award invites top academic experts from both within China and abroad, as well as China’s top-tier urban developers with a background in architecture, to form its panel of judges. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of “architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.” Over the past decade, CREDAWARD has maintained its rigorous selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and strict award mechanisms, CREDAWARD is widely regarded in the industry as one of “the most credible awards” and has become the important way for project owners to find a quality design firm.
As a comprehensive design award, CREDAWARD brings together outstanding global designs, promotes the advancement of the industry, fosters the healthy development of the industry ecosystem, guides the future path of urban development, and contributes to social sustainability.
