CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014. The award adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits. After 8-year development, CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 23 countries and regions with 7,548 outstanding projects to participate in the award.
As a prestigious international design award in China, CREDAWARD has developed into an influential international award in China because of the authoritative judges, strict judging process. It is also praised by the industry as one of the most challenging awards.
8TH CREDAWARD has received 1,353 works from 394 companies. Participating companies and works are from 15 countries and regions including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, America, Britain, Australia, Thailand, Singapore, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Malaysia, Laos, the Czech Republic, etc.
CREDAWARD is committed to spread and commend cutting-edge design concepts for outstanding projects, lead the future urban development and promote sustainable social development!

Alessandro Bianchi, architect and Ph.D in architectural and landscape design, is faculty member at the School of Planning, Architecture, Construction Engineering (AUIC) of Politecnico di Milano since 2001. He is author of more than 120 scientific papers and books. Since 2016 he is Scientific Director of the Studio Lab “Landscape Architecture” and Scientific Director of the Italy – China Workshop “Milano / Discovering Through Experience / Architecture Walks / Representation / Design / Concept”, at Politecnico di Milano.

Kevin joined as Head of Manchester School of Architecture in September 2020 having previously led the Birmingham School of Architecture and Design since 2011. He is a Chartered Architect with a career in higher education that spans over 25 years. Kevin Singh’s Professorship in 2013 was conferred under the categories of Learning and Teaching and Academic Leadership and was also awarded a National Teaching Fellowship in 2015. Kevin Singh is a very active member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) having been a long-standing member of the Education Committee.

Robert de Paauw is an architect, urban planner and landscape designer. Robert de Paauw is the Associate Professor of the Department of Urbanism and Spatial Planning DUOT at the Barcelona School of Architecture E.T.S.A.B., Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya U.P.C. He has also been a professor of landscape architecture at the Escola da Cidade de São Paulo. In his career, Robert de Paauw has extensive design experiences in large-scale public projects.
