The site is located at the core of the Quancheng Road area, on the southeast side of the old city zone of Jinan. Connected with Daming Lake through the main axis of urban development, the district that Kuanhousuo Street is situated has gathered a series of historical and cultural elements. With the central business district on the west side, Liberation Pavilion on the southeast side right across the street, Moat Park on the south side, and the well-known Black Tiger Spring right next to it, it is evident that the project sits at the heart of the old city zone.
