Vanke ‘Tang’ Town

This design is based on Quanzhou life, Quanzhou style, and Quanzhou architecture. Combined with the industrial heritage of the sugar factory, the joint Vanke brand intends to create a high-end commercial district full of Quanzhou characteristics. The space organization adopts the form of courtyards and courtyards to organize commercial lines, combining industrial heritage and retaining trees, enriching the consumer experience, and creating an experiential commercial area with different scenery and winding paths. The design of the old reformed area respects the historical façade, and most of it is only for reinforcement and restoration to maintain and maintain its original characteristics and give play to the value of industrial heritage.
