Future Trends in Real Estate Design
From around 20 years ago to now, with shifts in customer demands and a focus on clientele, combined with changes in real estate companies’ operational strategies, there has been a significant evolution in products. The industry currently faces temporary crises, but there’s a shared belief: the future product is the core competitive strength. Therefore, product development is an ongoing and crucial aspect. Design needs introspection; beyond aesthetics, considering how to mitigate and manage risks, ensuring a certain pace and security for the company, are also critical aspects of R&D.
In this year’s challenging climate, it’s a significant test for every architect and designer. Although projects may decrease, design remains. This year prompts us, real estate architects, R&D personnel, and architects, to think deeply. Many things will inevitably become more profound, starting from minor tasks. Taking them seriously, there will always be opportunities in the future; the industry can’t stay like this forever.
