Swan Lake Residential Project
The project locates in the northern part of OCT, surrounding 40000㎡ Swan Lake. We intended to create the regional public cultural buildings. Phase 1 covers an area of 29339.5㎡ and a construction area of 160,00㎡, including three residential buildings and a three-floor basement. 37-floor Building A is 129.3 meters high. From the second floor are compound residential. The heights of Building B, C are 113 and 146 meters, with 32 and 42 floors separately designed with large households from the second floor.
