The City of Time is the main area in the strategic planning of Taiyuan development. The purpose is to build a new landmark of Taiyuan, which integrates commercial, business, residential and other functions.
The active line of the commercial street is a single-moving line, and the east-west opens along the street corner to form two main commercial entrances and exits. The elevation difference between the two ends is nearly 14 meters. According to the east-west road direction, the site is divided into three platforms, vertical traffic is set up at the platform transfer position to facilitate the introduction of commercial passenger flow, and at the same time, a corridor is set up at the platform transfer position to form the concept of “double first floor”, which can fully explore the commercial value. The high-rise main tower is arranged on the east platform near the street corner to enhance the identification and demonstration of the design.
