Wenzhou Vanke Gramercy Park

The Gramercy Park is our new exploration of the open display space, and a landscape site created by a sincere dialogue between the creator and the user.The design is driven by “every resident’s place should be only a stone’s throw away from the greenery of the park”, focusing on the future development of the city, incorporating light and greenery, and reflecting the characteristics of the park where all citizens participate.The entire site includes open parks, living squares and rooftop recreational gardens.We introduce flexible spaces for different venues, from the vigorous and open “outside” to the quiet and comfortable “inside”, weaving into a colorful and lyrical landscape space.
