Riveria Impression

Riveria Impression is located in the core area of Chengdu, with scarce landscapes and lot resources. The project area is 30,851 square meters, composed of two plots, and the terrain is flat.
We are trying to create a warm and elegant traditional residential community. Enclose high-rise buildings into a multi-landscape garden space to gain a sense of belonging and interest in the residential community and reduce the destruction of traditional residential life in the process of urbanization.
The enclosed courtyard metaphors the core culture of “Four Waters Returning to the Church”. Through the enclosed relationship between the buildings, it creates a unique environment that is rigorous on the outside and flexible on the inside and like the outside.
