Guangzhou Nansha Yuexiu Pearl Tianyuejiangwan Community Art and Culture Museum

The project is located on Lingshan Island, Mingzhu Bay, a pilot demonstration zone in Nansha Free Trade Zone, Guangzhou. It is located at the confluence of rivers and creeks between the communities. It is subordinate to the waterfront creek park and will become a leisure place for residents in the area in the future.
The project is composed of six overlapping “rippling” units with different functions, taking the huge “umbrella” structure that spreads from the ground to the ceiling at the entrance as the visual focus, and introduces people into the roaming space with different sceneries inside. The interface between skylight and water color and the flow of architecture is fictitious, bright and dark, contrasting each other and creating an interesting interaction between nature and architectural beauty.
