Located in Zhangjiang Hi-Tech area, covering an area of 60HA, the new campus master plan involves a crescent-shaped large lawn to form an iconic main entrance that is connected to the buildings inside. Three landscape axes extend radially northward, each featuring a unique style. Each axis forms series of linear green spaces that connect the three main areas of the campus. An arc-shaped closed multi-functional corridor that intersects with the landscape axes runs through and connects all of the 3 main areas. With power generation and energy saving strategies, leading an exemplary role in sustainable resource management, the project won the first prize of Shanghai Outstanding Engineering Design in 2019 and the AIA International Urban Design Excellence Award in 2017.
