The project plan has a relatively symmetrical layout, making full use of the surrounding external natural landscape resources, integrating external landscape resources and internal landscape resources, improving the quality of regional living, and creating regional residential benchmarks. The houses along the Qili River are deflected at a certain angle and face the Qili River at a certain angle, maintaining the unity with the riverside urban interface in other surrounding residential areas, while allowing the houses to fully enjoy the landscape resources. The internal large-scale central landscape core emphasizes the public communication needs of residential life.
