The regional commercial facilities are mature, surrounded by large shopping malls, including Paris Spring Shopping, Dragon Dream Shopping Center, Changning Raffles City and Zhaofeng Square, etc., with an average daily flow of more than 400,000 people. Aiming at the “enhancing rich visual experience” guided by the regional planning, this 90s-old tower with an old facade style was partially reconstructed on the basis of the original building structure.
