QINGDAO INTERNATIONAL PLAZA

The project aims to create a modern and futuristic landmark building, which provides comfortable office environment and communication space for office building users, and provides rich outdoor activity places for surrounding citizens. The overall layout of the building are two towers, one is high and another is low. The two towers are arranged diagonally to form a more dynamic dialogue relationship. The two towers and the podium are connected through the withdrawal of points gradually to form a more complete volume. Layers of retreating platform simulate the contour effect of the terrain, which is like a hill. A large number of outdoor terraces are formed, which more reflects the humanized design concept.
