SHANGHAI SUZHOU CREEK CENTRAL NORTHERN PLOT CR LAND (DEMONSTRAITON AREA)

The project is located in a prime location in Shanghai’s Jing’an District, 15min from the Bund and Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, adjacent to Suzhou Creek Central Park, with convenient transportation and excellent surrounding facilities. Due to the fact that it is a renewal project leaving behind many on-site problems and many old buildings in the surrounding area. So a series of interesting designs were developed to solve the remaining site issues and also to create a hotel-style residential experience.
