As an important node of the international community, according to the functional requirements of the project, combined with the size of the plot and the characteristics of the surrounding environment, the building is planned to be arranged in the middle, with community squares at the East and West ends, so as to maximize the outdoor communication and living space for people and form a neighborhood atmosphere. At the same time, a “Wonderland roaming” moving line is created on the east side to bring people into the building in the form of multiple first floors. For the safety and convenience of the community residents, the overpass is built to connect with the neighborhood center to facilitate people’s access. Around the square and the urban landscape, the building retreats from west to East, forming a number of landscape terraces that interact with the city.
