SUZHOU CIFI LAKE VILLA (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

Covering an area of more than 3,000 square meters, CIFI | Lake Villa, Suzhou is located by Shengze Lake in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou. It is distinguished by the typical Jiangnan (South of Yangtze River) water town characteristics of a temperate climate, crisscrossing rivers and numerous lakes. The design draws inspiration from the Garden of Cultivation, one of local classical Chinese gardens in Ming Dynasty. Inheriting and inventing from the historical heritage, the scheme is conceived as an ideal garden residence which not only embeds spirits of the traditional culture and spatial quality of the classical garden, but also fulfills the needs of contemporary exquisite and luxurious lifestyle. Scenarios of “Garden in a house, house in a garden” are created following these principles.
