MANHATTAN LOFT GARDENS

The 42 storey Manhattan Loft Gardens tower near Stratford International Station marked a gateway to the 2012 London Olympics. Situated alongside one of London’s largest and newest international transport interchanges and adjacent to the Olympic Park, the project delivers a wide range of residential loft-style and single storey living spaces. The project is more than an apartment block — it also incorporates a 150-room boutique hotel and two restaurants, a mix of uses that turns the building into a social engine. The effect is most pronounced in the lobby, a generous space where residents, hotel guests, and visitors intermingle.
