EMINENCE MANSION (DEMONSTRATION AREA)

The project is located in Qingdao. The landscape design tries to capture the unique sense of history of northern coastal cities and the sense of sculpture under the seaside sunshine. With the sales office building as the core, the project is divided into front and back yards. The “corridor of light” is used as the display interface of the city along the street in the front yard, which also constitutes the landscape sequence of “entering the park”, forming the spatial rhythm and scene picture of “seeing the hall” – “admission” – “corridor” – “passing through the court” – “entering the hall”. The backcourt creates an “exhibition of life” atrium, and draws on Western geometric gardening techniques to form a distinctive “plant sculpture garden”, which echoes the sculptural design style of the atrium and pays tribute to the unique “sense of history” of Qingdao.
