MILLHOUSE RESIDENCES

The project is located at the core of the suhewan project area in Jing’an District, Shanghai, with a superior geographical location, reaching Datong Road in the East, Guangfu Road in the south, Gonghexin Road in the West and Qufu road in the north. As a part along the Suzhou River, standing at the height of urban design, it pays attention to the relationship between buildings on the plot, between buildings around the community and urban trunk roads and other urban environments, creating a harmonious and characteristic urban spatial image. Four high-rise residential buildings and three multi-storey residential buildings are distributed along the river. At the same time, the sense of enclosure of the central garden is strengthened. The single design also emphasizes the concise and clear combination relationship of the blocks and the use of simple and clean materials.
