IRVINE BAY

The project is located 5-6km northwest of Hongqiao Airport. At the intersection of Zhujian road and Jinhui Road, an international community dominated by overlapping and supplemented by high-rise buildings, the 6250 ㎡ community service center and property house in the land index are used to create a demonstration area with urban atmosphere. Its sales office is the node of the demonstration area and also serves as the community pedestrian entrance lobby delivered for later use. The original intention of the design is to create a dynamic international community, add fashion elements, and use the design concept of luxury boutiques to design the sales office. The final building has a high degree of completion. More than 6000 decorative components have great design tension, and the building has full expression in both daytime and night lights. As a physical model room display, folding and splicing interprets what is Seiko design and perfect construction.
