DING QIAO PARADISE WALK

DING QIAO PARADISE WALK is located in Hangzhou’s Jianggan District, in the core of the Dingqiao area, surrounded by a mature residential area, convenient transportation connections and rich landscape resources.

The project is adjacent to an important bus terminal and the Peach Blossom Lake Park and combines residential and retail commercial uses to form a transit-oriented development (TOD) complex.

The park is linked to the TOD complex by a multi-level pedestrian ‘sky bridge’ to provide a seamless pedestrian connection to this important city amenity. The commercial center breaks from the design of a traditional shopping center by arranging a two-story indoor style commercial street above the four-story centralized commercial.

The façade uses a contemporary design language to interpret the traditional charm of the regions water towns.
