POETRY COURTYARD (DEMONSTRATION AREA)
Located in Mapo Area of Beijing’s Shunyi New City, Poetry Courtyard is surrounded by a natural low-density living environment with the Chaobai River, the Chengbei River, the Thousand mu forest park and a golf club all within a distance of 2.5 km.
Poetry Courtyard represents a “new life of seclusion and leisure” away from the chaos of the city. A poetic space created to give residents a feeling of relaxation and tranquillity as if they were living in a traditional landscape painting.
The model area is designed around this theme, with a courtyard that combines elements of cool breezes, lush mountains and sparkling water.
