HOPSON: YUNĒ
The community is configured with four residential buildings forming a central garden. The enclosed layout with three buildings on the east side of the site are staggered to provide the best views including end units with 270-degree views. Internally, a large central garden is formed between buildings with a transition between the large public garden to semi-private gardens. Highlighting the intimate scale of people and the city, the design seeks to integrate natural spaces into the community to reflect an eco-international living environment.
The building facade introduces the concept of “cloud” through the odd-even staggered balconies to form cloud-like floating elements in line with the uniqueness of this high-end community and the quality of Yune series. The primary materials in the design are dark grey metal panels and Low-E glass curtain wall.
