HANGZHOU XIXI DEEP BLUE

Xixi Dark Blue, as a new incubator office building, is located in Zijingang Science and Technology City in the West of Hangzhou Technology Innovation Corridor. The user needs as the driving force, with the minimalist space design language, to invite people: this is not only a pure office place, but also open, inclusive, diverse cultural place, unified 4.2m width, 4.75m height and different depth, each office module 4.75m height to provide more variable space possibilities. The office module relies on the combination of unilateral walkway or internal walkway, which conforms to the X shape and the air conditioner position. Two curtain wall units, oblique curtain wall unit and orthogonal curtain wall unit, are adopted in the design to create a unique and clean facade.
