WU SHAN CLUB

The project is located in the Wushan Park plate of Xuzhou City, surrounded by green mountains, green forests, the site is high in the south and low in the north, the height difference is large, and there are historical protected sites lime kilns and plum blossom theme park “Meihuawu” nearby. The base has unique landscape resources, but due to the local environmental damage caused by mining, the large vertical height difference is the difficulty of design. The project respects the site and repairs the mountain through multi-level flow lines, forming a rich spatial experience. The core concept of architectural design is “disappearing from the site”. The platform is dislocated and interspersed with towering rough stone walls, which address both structural and traffic and physical elements of the building, with pitched roofs responding to the undulating landscape.
