As a part of the numerous cultural architecture clusters in Songzhuang, the project is committed to creating a living place that integrates with art under strict land use conditions and total requirements. Its image is pure, simple, and unobtrusive, without too many decorative elements. Through the architectural techniques of staggered, overhanging, and horizontal segmentation, it brings more rich physical changes to the four story building, enhancing the interaction between the building and life; By flexibly switching between life art scenes and using a “composite, integrated interior and exterior” spatial scene, the future life scenes of the block and community are “parallel edited into the mirror”.
