NANJING JIANGBEI WONDERCITY

Jiangbei Wondercity Urban Complex is located in the Jiangbei New Area of Nanjing, overlooking the winding Yangtze River in the east and national Lao mountain scenic area in the west. The design takes “Impression of Nanjing” as the starting point and uses the volume of shopping center to surround the characteristic space of 2000m² sunken plaza, which not only meets the 55% plot coverage requirement, but also uses the concave-convex wall texture to show respect for the ancient city wall of Nanjing. The super high-rise tower is located on the north side of the plot, including super Grade A office and Hyatt Regency Hotel. The rich texture language of the tower and the futuristic parametric design of the podium integrate future and history and become the unique urban gateway and cultural heritage of Pukou District. The whole complex pays attention to the intimate interaction between people and buildings, space and environment, breaking the boundary between indoor and outdoor.
