The original building, longabandoned, was clad in grey marble and surrounded by elevated road, making itappear distant and uninviting. Mr. Junwei Shen, the designer, believed thatcommercial spaces should deliver a sense of openness and intimacy to people.Thus, he planned to achieve a degree of transparent and geniality in thebuilding. Taking in the romantic sentiments of Changchun, famed as the ‘SpringCity of Northland’, the designer decided to create a landmark of love here. Inthe name of love, the design concept of a “diamond realm” sets Yatai NewDynamic like a diamond on the arterial road of Erdao District. A trendy andstylish centre for the city’s lifestyle seekers draws people in to feelloved!
