Situated in the Songshan Lake New District of Dongguan, China and surrounded by high-tech office parks, this area lacks a strong urban atmosphere and quality public spaces.Our design approach for this project is centered around two key considerations: the needs of commerce and the needs of urban lifestyle. We have integrated principles of landmark design, commercial display, social gathering spaces, roaming areas, green spaces, and play areas into our landscape framework to create a diverse and cohesive landscape environment.
