FLOW ERA

The project is located at the intersection of Xinbei Road and Jianshe 1st Road in Hangzhou, belonging to the Shibei plate on the golden axis of Jiangnan, and was won by Rongxin in 2017 as the king of the land. The building is surrounded by 11 high-rise buildings, with a progressive and distinct spatial layout, focusing on creating a sunken central landscape courtyard, wind and rain corridors, eight themed overhead floors, indoor swimming pools, fitness venues and roof gardens. While bringing the world’s first-line fluid architectural aesthetics into Hangzhou, it also perfectly expresses the cross-border flow of architecture, design and life scenes. A free-flowing life innovation scene will become a new masterpiece of Hangzhou’s high-end residential in the Internet era.
