NEW BUND 31

NEW BUND 31 is a mixed-use development located at Qiantan in the Shanghai Pudong New Area, comprised of offices, retail spaces, a boutique hotel, and a performing arts center. As a transit-oriented development, it connects externally to the Oriental Sports Center metro station, and a bus rapid transit system on different levels, while an elevated walkway connects each building within the development. The complex silhouette of the development creates a rhythmic city skyline. The project integrates its open space and the surrounding greenery, providing generous outdoor space for public events.
