SILK ROAD INTERNATIONAL ARTS CENTER

The Silk Road International Arts Center is the core facility of Langfang Cultural Park, which consists of the central hall, large and medium-sized theaters, concert hall, and art galleries and museums on the east and west wings. The exterior features “cloud” as the theme, and the interior uses “silk” as the vocabulary, reflecting the “Silk Road” that connects Eastern and Western cultures, expressing a strong sense of existence in the cultural atmosphere of the capital circle. The architectural appearance composed of three-dimensional curved surfaces flowing in the east-west direction is integrated by parametric design software, and the free form which formed on the basis of maintaining the rectangular plane layout, taking into account the climate and block characteristics of northern China.
