SONG JIANG FU

The north side of the project base is Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, and the southeast corner of the residential land is divided into east and west by the river. How to abandon the external adverse factors and make full use of internal resources has become the focus of the designer. Therefore, the designer arranged high-rise houses on the south side of the plot and the river along the north side to ensure the maximum number of viewers. The base presents an overall situation of low in the south and high in the north. Combined with the landscape layout, it effectively covers the noisy urban interface on the north side, and realizes the residential permeability and continuous urban interface to the greatest extent.
