DALIAN·GEMDALE CITY MODEL ROOM PROJECT was acquired on October 30, 2020, covering an area of 607,500 sq.m. with a total construction area of 1.43 million sq.m. The first opening will take place in June 2021. The custom finishes are to be set in plot E8. plot E8 covers an area of 12,200 sq.m., with a GFA of 17,080,000 sq.m., a floor area ratio of 1.4, and a total number of 148 planned houses. The 98㎡(delivery display)/113㎡ house type(soft and hard decoration display) of plot E8 is selected for customized loading package sales.
