JINING OCT CANAL CULTURE AND ART CENTER

As the first completed project in the OCT Ten Mile Cultural and Ecological Gallery, the overall design of the project is guided by the theme of “awakening memories of the ancient canal and showcasing the new era”. It aims to create a cultural and artistic center that shares diversity and ecological art interactive experience. In terms of landscape design, the characteristics of the site are utilized, with “raising sail and setting out, mooring at night on the water” as the main storyline. The front space is expected to handle the relationship between the building and the city in an open and inclusive manner, attracting urban crowds. The back space is created with a natural and relaxed approach, designing a simple and pleasant atmosphere.
