DAGA Architects’ new project, TOTORO Village·Chaoyang MIX Island, is a complex space that combines a multi-modal business model with cafe attributes, located in a small courtyard on the side of the East Fourth Ring Road in Beijing. At the beginning of the design, considering the special location factors of Jintai Road, we want to do something special this time, to create a hidden village style “utopia” near Jintai Road.
