ROCKBUND

ROCKBUND is located in Shanghai’s Huangpu District, between Beijing East Road in the south and South Suzhou Road in the north, with Huqiu Road in the west and Yuanmingyuan Road in the east. It comprises 7 excellent modern buildings together with 5 preserved historic buildings. This site is the original starting point for the development of the Bund, and its location is at the pivot of the historic and the contemporary Bund. It’s redevelopment has played a central role in the revitalisation of the waterfronts of both the Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek. With a gross floor area of 51,402 square meters, the project features a variety of commercial, office, apartment and hotel components.
