UNI – CITY

UNI – CITY is an integrated development above a vehicle depot. Not only is it directly connected to the station, but as a regional transportation hub, it features intersecting transfer routes for buses, taxis, and private cars. Additionally, the inherent conditions of being above the vehicle depot create complex elevation differences throughout the site. To integrate these routes and mixed uses, the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) concept of a three-dimensional city was introduced. By skillfully utilizing the varying elevations, the project creates interwoven pathways and vertically layered building uses, maximizing the value of the limited land.
