JIAJING

The project is located in Xuhang, north of Jiading New City. In Jiading 2023 plan, Xuhang is one of the regional centers, adjacent to Jiading municipal sub-center, functional positioning of new industry, technology research and development and professional services as a comprehensive regional center. As an emerging community with a plot ratio of 1.8, the project is adjacent to the Jiabei Ecological Corridor to the north and the Jiabao large-scale ecological forest to the southwest, achieving four parks of about 500 meters and about 1 km into the waterfront space.
