Situated in the future Modern Financial Center in Wenzhou, the property looks modern and concise, echoing with the imposing mountain and river scenery on the opposite side. Regarding materials, the architects adopted the elegant and modern red copper, dignified and warm-colored stone as well as transparent and glossy glass, to allow different materials to converse amid the contrasting landscape and architectural momentum.
In terms of spatial experience, unlimited vitality is hidden within the entrance of the sales center and still water sprouts forth from the other end; the experience center is nestling on the river bank, and the covered corridor encloses the river along the terrain. The sightseeing deck is raised high on the second floor, where visitors can overlook the Oujiang River flowing eastward.
The Sales Center is inspired by the emotional attachment to major rivers, a cultural phenomenon unique to China. Employing the design technique of modern architecture, the architects aptly leverage the peculiar sentimental attributes of materials themselves to vividly present the property against a backdrop of the Oujiang River.
