Shanghai Rainbow Colorful Business Capital

The project is located in the northern part of Hongkou District of Shanghai. It consists of a five-storey commercial building and three towers and two basements. Combining the reserved buildings in the base and making full use of the existing conditions (old buildings), it creates a unique and interesting feature space and façade. The interior of the business adopts a simple single-action streamline design, two atriums are connected in series, the main atrium has five floors, and the corridors are advancing and retreating, forming an open visual communication space. The large space design that retains the two floors inside the building, as well as the use of newly built antique buildings and the entrance gray space, add to the fun of the mall and the uniqueness of the case.
