Greenland Hysun Elegant Luxury

As the first project of Hysun series located in Beijing, Greenland Hysun Elegant Luxury project was born with its great significant meaning. The site is located in Daxing district, Beijing. Its east side is only 1.2 KM away from Qing Yuan road station of Subway Daxing line. There are only 7KM between the site and the Beijing Nan Yuan Airport.

Highlight of Master Planning:

1. The layout of buildings in master plan is malposition, the separation distance between buildings are 50-70m, which offers wide viewing distance to sweep the super landscape gardens.
2. The buildings on north and east sides had been layout along the boundaries, ultimately using the setback green land and river channel resource, maximizing the benefit of site landscape advantages.
3. The king quad building is located at the center of site, to let the best housing unit has its own 360°landscaping vistas.
4. The south side buildings are expanding, to maximize the municipal administrational green land.
5. In the middle of east and west sides, a 140m landscaping axis was created to connect pedestrian entrance and the king quad building.
6. The underground parking garage exits are located near the main road, to ensure the traffic flow directly connect to the garage, and separated from the pedestrian flow, to void disturbs of vehicle flow.

For the aspect of housing product inside design, every type of units has its own elevator. Through the design strategy of modern luxury housing, ultimately improving the quality of high class residence. The façade is Postmodern-classicism style, which expressed the elegant, stately characteristics.
