Shanghai Yanlord Eastern Gardens

Shanghai Yanlord Eastern Gardens enjoys a big total construction area of about 180,000 square meters, but to carry on the consistent low-key and elegant style of Yanlord Land and create an eco-friendly and low density international garden-like community with large-scale landscape areas, we’ve adopted a low plot ratio of only 1.4. With the “people-oriented” concept, we also planned a large swimming pool garden in the central and two grand welcoming plazas at north and south entrances of the development to provide enough spaces for public activities. This encourages interactions between residents and helps to achieve harmony between man and nature.
