The site is located at Donggang District, Dalian.Being developed by Longfor, it covers an area of 6.28 ha, and is comprised of high-rise and low-rise parts.

It’s landscape design, being inspired by ocean power, has created plenty of landscape spaces such as tides, beach, island, terrace and forest, all of which are connected by natural circulation. In this way, the views vary when people move forward.
