Ms. Yuan Yi has nearly thirty years of design management experience, focusing on combining innovative concepts with practical implementation to create livable and aesthetically pleasing urban residences. Serving at the headquarters and regional offices of China Resources Land, as Chief Architect, she oversees the architectural, landscape, and interior design of projects, guiding the entire process from design concept and planning to detailed execution. This ensures the realization of a series of outstanding projects that set industry standards within China Resources Land. While pursuing design aesthetics, she also emphasizes cost control and benefit analysis, striving to create maximum value for both the company and clients.
