Mr. Zhou Cai Gui graduated from the Department of Architecture at Southeast University in 1988.
Mr. Zhou has held positions such as Deputy Dean at the Shenzhen Branch of Wuhan Architectural Design Institute. President, and Chief Architect of CITIC Architectural Design (Shenzhen) Research Institute Co., Ltd. Since 2014, he has served as the General Manager of the Product Research and Development Department at CITIC Pacific (China) Investment Co., Ltd., overseeing technical management and design at CITIC Pacific Real Estate Group headquarters. He concurrently serves as an expert in the evaluation of architectural engineering designs in Shenzhen and as an expert for the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission.
As a designer, his works have received numerous awards, including Excellent Design Awards from the Ministry of Construction, Guangdong Province, and Shenzhen City. In 2013, he was honored with the title of Outstanding Chief Architect of Shenzhen City.
