Yao Jian has been engaged in real estate development since 2004. He has successively served as the general manager, chairman, and party secretary of several regional companies of China Railway Construction Real Estate Group. He has led the development of more than 50 local famous brands. Among them, Chengdu Xipai International, Chengdu Xipai City, Jiaxing Huayu Jiangnan, Suzhou Zhuozheng Jiangnan, Xi’an Xipai Times, Xi’an Xipai Guoyue and other projects have won many social awards and industry recognition, During this period, he was awarded the “Most Valuable Professional Manager” and other awards in China’s real estate industry for 25 years. After being transferred to the post of General Manager of the Product Research and Development Center of China Railway Construction Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., he will fully lead and be responsible for the product research and development, design management and other work at the group level, complete the research on product standardization, high-quality housing and other related research, and help China Railway Construction Real Estate Group to improve its product capabilities and gain competitive advantages.
