A Decade’s Hall | CREDAWARD 10th Anniversary Message
Here Now, and Again.
Time flies, and before I knew it, CREDAWARD has entered its tenth year.
This decade has seen earth-shattering changes in real estate, with the market shifting from scorching heat to freezing snow. Such changes caught the industry off guard, with unexpected situations arising from private to state-owned enterprises. Overnight, what was once the most trusted financial instrument for the Chinese people lost its past luster…
As a member of the industry, I too have felt the chill and personal pain. However, upon reflection, it seems that the industry indeed had reached a point where adjustments were necessary. From selling houses to providing services for the entire lifecycle, from pursuing scale to prioritizing quality, everyone is painfully reflecting and groping their way forward.
Joining the jury of CREDAWARD in its third edition, I have witnessed the perseverance and struggle of a group of industry colleagues with dreams and determination. The annual sharing and exchange of excellent projects point in the direction of design. Isn’t this approach of prioritizing professionalism and quality exactly the direction of real estate development?
A decade later, I believe we will still be friends, greeting each other as we walk through increasingly familiar streets… I hope that in the next decade, DJSER will continue to maintain their original intentions and perseverance on the road, and I wish the CREDAWARD event even more success!
A Message for CREDAWARD
With an active and open mind, the CREDAWARD always upholds an objective and impartial professional judging attitude and industry credibility to attract the architects/ designers at home and abroad to demonstrate the excellent design innovation and exploration of future trends on this platform! I expect the CREDAWARD, together with the joint efforts of all the jurys and architects/designers from the real estate industry, will truly become the most appealing and influential award in China and have the same influence as The Pritzker Architecture Prize does in the future
Interpretation of "Real Estate Architect"
Real estate architects need to promote the spirit of craftsmanship, repeatedly study customer needs, carefully consider design details, and bring the product experience to perfection. Creating a better life for people is our mission, and we hope society becomes even better because of our existence.

Future Trends in Real Estate Design
For most people, life has been divided into before and after 20 years ago. It was initially thought that the pandemic would only put the world to sleep for a while. Unexpectedly, a series of significant events followed one after another: the US-China trade war, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, severe drought in the Northern Hemisphere, and a deep global economic adjustment. These “unbearable lightnesses of life” are profoundly changing the world and us.
For real estate professionals and related workers, there have also been significant changes in work and life. Fastidious clients no longer rush for drawings in the middle of the night, busy colleagues now often meet for meals, once-bustling sales offices have suddenly become deserted, and even active social media influencers no longer have the interest to expose real estate gossip… We were running at full speed only to be stopped by a whistle, our bodies slowing down while our souls continue to race…
The hottest topic among colleagues this year is whether to transform or change careers? To persevere or to lie flat? Everyone is questioning their soul. Lei Jun shared his feelings about entrepreneurship in his latest presentation deeply: All the setbacks, failures, and even those seemingly meaningless time-wasting activities will become your most valuable treasure.
Life is long, no matter what, let us maintain our belief: always believe that something wonderful is about to happen.
